MyFriendTweeter is an advanced English language search engine for locating friends to follow on Twitter. The input to this search tool is a simple text file containing a complete description of who you are and what you are interested in. Here is a typical example of what such a biographical search file may look like:

MyFriendTweeter, will try to locate the best candidate matches for Twitter friends, based on the supplied search file. Searches are open-ended and will be continously refined as new information is obtained.
You need to authorize MyFriendTweeter with Twitter, by supplying an authorization file tat.dat. This file can be quickly generated with one of the Desktop versions of MyFriendTweeter. Simply visit
Locate the installer for your Desktop OS/platform. Download and install. Follow the initial instructions, by first supplying your Twitter user name, and then authorizing MyFriendTweeter to Twitter (Enter Twitter supplied authorization pin). Once you've completed this step, go to the MyFriendTweeter installation directory on your Desktop system. Locate the file tat.dat and copy it to the installation directory on your mobile J2ME-capable (i.e., Symbian, Palm OS/Pre-WebOS 2.0) device. Save it to the directory /"Installation Directory on Your Device"/MyFriendTweeter.
The biographical search file should be a plain (i.e., ASCII) text file containing complete English language sentences describing who you are and what your interests are.
MyFriendTweeter, is an open-ended search engine which means it will continously look for new candidates on Twitter using the supplied search criteria. For best results, you should let the tool run in the background and every so often inspect the found results. You have the option to automatically add the found results to your Twitter following list.
